Our water-based sanitisers add a long-lasting antibacterial protective layer to hands and surfaces. Once dry, Zoono resembles a layer of microscopic pins that attract, pierce and kill pathogens – the same principle as a pin popping a balloon. It is designed to help support routine hand washing and surface cleaning to provide enhanced protection in between.
Our products are made from 99% deionised water, 1% active ingredient – Quaternary Ammonium Compound. Our products do not contain alcohol or triclosan.
Yes. Zoono should be used alongside regular hand washing and cleaning routines to help keep pathogens at bay for longer.
Zoono can be used on all surfaces in the home. Follow the instructions on the label – use Zoono after your regular cleaning routine on clean, dry surfaces and allow approx. 10 minutes for drying. For commercial / technical applications, industry specific written protocols are recommended and are provided as required. Zoono is designed to be used alongside regular cleaning habits to provide enhanced protection in between.
Whilst all substances have a ‘toxicity’ level (even water), Zoono has a ‘toxicity rating’ similar to that of Vitamin C. So yes – Zoono can be used around people, pets and plants alike.
Returns
It is important that you’re happy with the items you’ve purchased from us.
If your item is faulty, it may be returned to us. If goods are faulty they may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days or receiving your order, provided they are unopened and unused.
Zoono will strictly not accept returns for open or used items, unless the item is faulty. We will not provide a refund if you change your mind so please select your items carefully.
Orders that qualify for a refund that have been placed on our website will be refunded similar to the way you made your purchase and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Please see terms & conditions for our return policy. If you used a credit card, the funds will be credited back to your credit card within 5-10 business days however this may vary depending on your bank (and can take up to 15 days). If you used PayPal to place your order, the funds will be returned and visible in your Paypal account immediately.
If you believe your parcel has been lost please contact our courier company, please check tracking details in your email.

If you need to make a change to the billing address, delivery address and contact number please let us know as soon as you can. If we haven’t shipped your order and we’re not in a high-demand period we will do our best to make the changes. Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the items within your order.

Shopping
No, you’re able to shop as a guest. We recommend signing up to our emails so we can let you know when we have special offers or promotions.
You should receive an email as soon as your payment is successfully received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours and you’ve checked your junk mail folder, please contact us.
You can enter your promo code into the ‘Promo Code’ field within the ‘Shopping Cart’ section of the site. If you have trouble redeeming the order, please contact us for further assistance.
Shipping
We do, however some countries are excluded. If we cannot process your order you will be provided a refund. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Russia due to strict customs procedures. Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders (including Australia orders) may incur import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. Our courier provider does not ship to the following places: Crimea.
All deliveries will take place during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
ZOONO ships locally and Internationally via tracked courier. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. If you are unable to select your country at checkout, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@zoono.com.
Dispatch timeframes: Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days after order is placed.
While we always do our best to ensure items arrive at our customers within our expected delivery timeframes, once an item is with the courier, certain things outside of our control can affect delivery times, including public holidays, natural disasters, weather, courier and aircraft delays. We are always here to help when we can with these, so please reach out to us.
